I'm new to scrapbooking. What are the basics I need to start scrapbooking?
To get started preserving your photos we recommend the following:

  •    A good quality album (most popular is 12x12 inch) size.
  •    Page protectors to look after your pages and store them in your album.
  •    Acid-free black pen for journaling.
  •    You will also need a good quality craft knife, scissors and file set.

Once you have these basics you can then, according to your budget, add stickers, papers etc. to enhance the look of your pages. A good selection of patterned papers, cardstock and embellishments will get your started.

Where can I find Kaisercraft products?
Either right here online or come in and visit one of our retail stores located all over Australia. Not an online shopper, or near one of our Kaisercraft stores? Visit our online stockist directory. Here you will be able to see a listing of our stockists.

How do we send orders? 
All standard delivery purchases made within Australia are posted with Australia Post. All express delivery orders are sent via Australia Post and require a signature upon delivery. 

Do we ship internationally? 
We currently only offer international shipping to Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore. Do you want us to ship to your country? Let us know! We're working hard on making Kaisercraft available in all countries. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 
All orders will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. However due to large volumes of orders after Sale Days and during December, there may be a delay. Our Warehouse is closed on Weekends and public holidays. Please note there may be delays due to public holidays, school holidays or the weather. 
Once orders are picked up from our Geelong warehouse, we estimate the time it takes for a delivery to be completed as follows:

  • Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-3 business days.
  • Adelaide: 2-4 business days.
  • Perth & Tasmania: 5-7 business days.
  • Regional hubs (eg Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 2-4 business days.

Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery. For these deliveries, please allow a slightly longer time frame.

Can I collect from your warehouse in Geelong? 
Due to strict occupational health and safety concerns it is not safe to have customers visit our premises. If you need your order urgently, please opt for the Express Post option at the checkout. 

Can I track my order? 
Yes you can. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to say your order is on its way. There will be a link to 'view your order' and this will display the status of your order. If you have any difficulties, you can contact our friendly customer service department on 03 5240 2000 or email sales@kaisercraft.com.au - and they will be able to advise accordingly. 

How do I change my address once I've placed my order? 
We are unable to change any details or contents of an order including addresses once it has been shipped. If you notice that you've entered the incorrect address, please contact us immediately. 

What method of payments do we accept? 
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard: $10.00 Australia wide
Express rates are calculated based on your location and will be added in checkout.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Your order will need to come to a total of $60 or more to qualify for free shipping.

How can I be removed from your email newsletter?
1) Open any newsletter sent to you by Kaisercraft
2) Scroll to the bottom of the newsletter and click 'unsubscribe'

If I order multiple items, will they all be sent together?
Yes, if you order different items we will send them together, as long as they are going to the same delivery address. If you want them to be split up and sent to different addresses, then there may be different couriers delivering your parcel and different delivery times.

Can I use your products in items I sell?
All Kaisercraft products are protected by copyright. We do allow our products to be used in items for sale (cards, pre-done layouts, collages, etc) as long as it is the original product that is being sold and credit to Kaisercraft is given. You may not reproduce our products in any way without written permission. If you would like to request written permission, you can email us through our website's contact page.

If I have a Kaisercraft loyalty card, can Kaisercraft online purchases be used to count towards redeeming the rewards?
Kaisercraft loyalty points can be earned online. Simply ensure the email address you use with you online purchase matches the email address used to sign up to our loyalty points system. Loyalty points can only be redeemed in store.

If I have a Kaisercraft Gift Card, can I redeem it online?
Gift cards purchased via our online store can all be redeemed online (or in our stores) however some older plastic cards purchased from our stores may not work in our online store. 
If you have any trouble using your gift card online, please contact our customer service team on (03) 5240 2000 or email sales@kaisercraft.com.au and we will be happy to provide you with a new card that can be redeemed online.
