Wholesale Trading Terms & Conditions

The following information must be provided for us to process your wholesale application:

  • Business Name (Trading Name)
  • ABN
  • Certificate of Business Registration
  • Contact Name
  • Phone Number and Email
  • Billing Address
  • Delivery/Postal Address (No PO Boxes)

It is highly recommended you also include:

  • Shop Front Photo (physical stores only)
  • Website or Social Media Links

Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses only. Kaisercraft Australia Pty Ltd supplies wholesale products exclusively to businesses that operate their own online store or physical shopfront.

Wholesale purchases can only be made via our website.

Ordering & Shipping

  • Minimum order value is $65 AUD, which qualifies for free shipping.
  • Orders under $65 will incur a $10 shipping fee.
  • Express shipping is available for an additional fee; Kaisercraft does not cover the cost of this.
  • All orders must be placed through our wholesale ordering platform.
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • We aim to dispatch orders from our Geelong Online Warehouse within 2 business days. However, please allow for extended processing times during busy periods (e.g. Sale Days and December).
  • All orders are dispatched via Australia Post, using regular post by default. If express post is selected at checkout, it will be used accordingly.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Victoria: 2–4 business days
  • Other Australian states: 3–7 business days

Our Online Warehouse and Head Office are closed on weekends and public holidays.

    Returns

    Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 14 days of receipt with photos.

    Kaisercraft is not responsible for return freight costs when:

    • Incorrect stock is ordered by the customer.
    • Items are returned due to change of mind.

    Intellectual Property

    Our finished products must not be altered, rebranded, or repackaged for resale under another brand name. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Removing or covering our branding or labels.
    • Replacing our packaging with your own.
    • Selling our finished products under a different business or product name

    Using our materials as components in your own creative projects for resale is absolutely permitted. For example:

    • Using our cardstock to create handmade cards or invitations that you sell under your brand.

    We value the creativity of our wholesale partners and are happy to support makers and small businesses who use our supplies in their work.

    Payment Terms

    We do not offer payment terms. Full payment is required at the time you place your order on our ordering platform.

    We accept the following payment methods: Shop Pay, Google Pay (GPay), PayPal, and major credit cards.
