Kaisercraft "Shop and Win" Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is Kaisercraft Pty Ltd (ABN 78097249100) located at 2-9 Bayldon Ct, Breakwater VIC 3219
2. Eligibility
   a. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
   b. Entrants must be registered Kaisercraft Loyalty Members at the time of purchase.
   c. Employees of Kaisercraft and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
   The competition commences at 12:01 am AEDT on 25 November 2024 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 31 December 2024.
4. How to Enter
   a. Spend $50 or more in a single transaction at any participating Kaisercraft store or on the Kaisercraft online store during the competition period.
   b. Ensure your Kaisercraft Loyalty Member details are provided at the time of purchase.
   c. Each qualifying transaction counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed provided the above criteria are met.
5. Prize
   a. One winner will receive a $1,000 Kaisercraft voucher.
   b. The voucher is valid for 36 months from the date of issue and is subject to Kaisercraft’s standard voucher terms and conditions.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
   a. The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on 7 January 2025 at Kaisercraft HQ.
   b. The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided in their loyalty account within two business days of the draw.
   c. The winner’s name will be announced on Kaisercraft’s social media platforms by 7 January 2025.
7. Conditions of Prize
   a. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
   b. Kaisercraft accepts no responsibility for any additional costs incurred by the winner in claiming or using the prize.
8. Privacy
   Entrants' personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Kaisercraft’s Privacy Policy, available on our website. By entering, entrants agree to receive communications from Kaisercraft, which they may opt out of at any time.
9. General
   a. Kaisercraft reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
   b. If the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the draw, a redraw will occur.
   c. Kaisercraft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at its discretion.
   d. By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
