Kaisercraft "Loyalty+ Survey" Terms and Conditions

Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Kaisercraft Pty Ltd (ABN 78 097 249 100), located at 2-9 Bayldon Ct, Breakwater VIC 3219.

Eligibility

a. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Competition Period

Entries open at 12:01 am AEDT on 14 June 2025 and close at 11:59 pm AEDT on 28 June 2025.

How to Enter

To submit a valid entry, participants must:
a. Be invited to participate in the Loyalty+ Experience Survey Program;
b. Complete the survey in full; and
c. Provide or confirm their contact details, including full name and valid email address.

Prize

a. One (1) winner will receive a $50 Kaisercraft voucher.
b. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is subject to Kaisercraft’s standard voucher terms and conditions.

Winner Selection and Notification

a. The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on 4 July 2025 at Kaisercraft HQ.
b. The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided in their Loyalty+ account within two business days of the draw.

Conditions of Prize

a. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
b. Kaisercraft accepts no responsibility for any additional costs incurred by the winner in claiming or using the prize.

Privacy

Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Kaisercraft’s Privacy Policy, available on our website. By entering, entrants agree to receive communications from Kaisercraft, which they may opt out of at any time.

General

a. Kaisercraft reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
b. If the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the draw, a redraw will occur.
c. Kaisercraft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at its discretion.
d. By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
