Tuesday Tip – Fun with Fusions

November 5, 2013

Hello Kelly-ann here, today I’m going to show you how to use your Fusion pens to create variegated coloured titles on card stock just like this example below…

OK… so here’s what you will need: The Fusion colour pen of your choice, a blender pen ( E01), coconut weave cards tock (CD101) and a lettering die of your choosing.

1. Cut out the dies you will need for your title

2. Using the coloured Fusion pen colour in your selected letters evenly all over and then make the very bottom of each letter a bit darker.

3. Use the blender pen to go over the top half of each letter, but use it to heavily rub over the very top of each letter..

4. Allow to dry and adhere straight onto your page. You can always jazz up these letters further by adding dimensional magic, glitter or white shine lines as well

But DON”T FORGET … you are not limited to card stock with this technique, Fusion Pens are Alcohol based so they can go on almost every surface effectively so why not try them on any of your older alpha lettering stickers and dies, by recycling these old letters you might save yourself quite a bit of money!
