Need an quick and easy project for yourself or the kids to do over the holidays?
Why not make a set of your own Christmas Decorations – this project would even make a great present for your children to give to their teachers at the end of the year.
This month we have released a new Beyond the Page product – Geo Hanging Ornaments.
And all you need are a few products – seriously!!!
SB2500 Geo – Ornaments
GC106 Bronze Cardstock
CT943 Sparkle Collectables
F644 Coconut Mini Paper Blooms
EASY AS 1, 2 3 INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP ONE: Start with covering each of the wooden shapes with Glitter Cardstock.
There are two ways you can do this – if you are handy with a craft knife you could apply glue to the front of each shape and adhere shape to the back side of the glitter cardstock, then carefully cut around the edges.
Otherwise, use a pencil and trace each shape onto the back of the glitter cardstock and cut out, then adhere to the front of the wooden frames.
STEP TWO: Decorate each geo frame. Layer a selection of die cuts from the SPARKLE collectables pack onto each frame.
Use foam tape between the layers to add dimension if you wish. Adhere a flower or two to the sides of the frame.
STEP THREE: Tie some string through the hole at the top and hang.
With our large range of Glitter Cardstock on offer you can easily adjust these to suit the colours you want to decorate your tree.

by Donna Espiritu
As I browse all the projects I created for Kaisercraft this term, this layout stands out the most to me. I love the colors, the layout design and most of all the photo of my daughter. I was able to capture both her innocence and personality in this particular photo, like “sugar and spice and everything nice” rolled into one.

This layout would have to be one of my most favourite Layouts that I have made this year. It was made using the Romantique collection, which I adore. I enjoy creating layouts following this design. I also enjoy mixing Templates, fussy cutting, flowers, Wooden Flourishes and Decorative Dies to create a textured layout.

“Fairy garden” collection is my most favorite this year for its pastel colors and beautiful images.I made this shabby chic layout with the gorgeous die cut papers from the collection
I chose this project because of the photo. It is of my uncle and my cousin’s twin boys. I love the emotions that you can see here and how much ‘poppy’ adores his grandsons. This paper collection enabled me to capture this special memory.

3D Dream Big Frame Decor by Jowilna Nolte
I created this fun dimensional frame using this gorgeous range – Hide and Seek. Perfect for little girls and boys to insert treasures into the frame
adding to the dimensional look.
The little fox head stamp was coloured using Metallic Gel Pens and a layer of dimensional glaze added as a finishing touch.
Stamping directly onto the background below and above a vinyl sentiment cut on my Silhouette machine.
The leaves arrange on top of each other using a 3D silicone adhesive to keep the dimension.
I love how this frame turned out – perfect to make any room a magical place.
I initially started my project with just the hot air balloon, then I decided to alter some wooden blocks that I picked up from Bunnings. The paper pad has so many beautiful images that you can fussy cut. I added some alpha stickers to complete the set. This set would look great in a little boys room.

Hello everyone! I hope that you are well. Today I am sharing a project which features one of the latest collections by Kaisercraft this month which is called Anthology. This collection features vintage inspired botanical images, gorgeous ephemera and stunning vintage papers. Today I am sharing a shadow box that I have created using some of the papers, the collectables and one of the specialty papers in the collection.
To create the actual shadow box, I selected an 8″ x 8″ canvas and used the reverse side of it. I selected the specialty paper called SHADOW BOX and measured then cut a section that I needed. Using a selection of the Kaisercolour paints, I painted the outside edges of the canvas to match the papers. Once dry, I glued them into place using soft matte gel.
To adhere the shadow box frame to the canvas, I measured a piece of paper from the collection and adhered this to the canvas and then marked onto the paper where the box lines would be. I attached double sided adhesive to some fun foam then measured and cut it into strips. I adhered these strips onto my lines and gradually built up my frames until they were all even with the top of the canvas before adhering the specialty paper layer.
To decorate inside each of the sections, I used some printed tape. I also used foam dots to add dimension to the collectable pieces.
I added some vintage trinkets from my stash to compliment the collection.
Inking the edges of the papers and the collectables adds to the vintage feel as well as enabling each component to stand out.
The metal corners add a nice finishing touch to the shadow box. These have been discontinued, but you might be able to
