Today I am sharing how to make some really pretty tags using the exact same design sketch, but with different embellishments. This design technique is great for when you are wanting to create several cards or tags all at once.
For my tags I am using the stunning new ‘Romantique’ collection.
This is a really pretty collection with soft ,delicate pastels. Here is a little look at my completed tags-
As you can see the design of each tag is the same, but by intermixing paper blends and embellishments they can be made each uniquely different.
Rugged edges and using foam tape for height help achieve an overall ‘Shabby Chic’ vibe.
Gift tags can be used in an array of projects as well, such as your scrapbook layouts and planning.
Here I cut one of the frames from the collectables in half as an added design feature and for balance to my tag.
I have also included some vines cut from the decorative die DD795 3D Flower. I use this quite a lot in my projects as I love the fine detail it adds.
I have also prepared a video tutorial for you today so you can watch the process of me creating them as well.
I hope you all enjoyed my post today and it inspires you to try some for yourself.
Until next time-
