Gypsy rose layout by Kavitha

July 23, 2018

Hello everyone,

Kavitha with you here today sharing a layout using gorgeous “Gypsy rose” collection

Though these colors are not the usual ones i use,i love the burgundy tones and of course the trademark beautiful florals from Kasiercraft.I love the boho chic feel to it.I made a layout mostly using the sticker sheet motifs (which we often  forget,or too good to be used)and die cut collectables.

Hello everyone,

Today i share a new layout using the gorgeous “stargazer” collection,i have a small tutorial too.

I applied metallic blue paint “stars &moon” template using flat brush and also gave some random dry strokes

to fill up the space as the background is too plain

Did some random stamping using the clear stamp form the collection

Next i added silver modelling paste through “starburst” burst template.

To compose my design i have used fussy cut elements, collectables and die cuts

Some close ups..

Kavitha Layouts wandering ivy

Butterfly girl – Wandering ivy Layout by Kavitha

December 22, 2017

Hello friends, Kavitha here today with you to share my monthly inspiration.

I love floral designs,so undoubtedly my favorite collection this month is “Wandering ivy”.The fresh blue n green shades of the collection gives a spring feel,so i decided to make a layout with butterfly as focal point with lots of flowers around.

I have used “Plaster rose” paper as my base and used the reverse side of it to cut the butterfly using Silhouette sd.

To embellish my layout i used few fussy cut floral from “Ivy blue fields” paper along with collectables.

My layout is fairly simply and took very less time and products to complete.Though i am a fan of layered works, some times i love to keep it simple and let the product shine.

I guess this collection is very gorgeous and doesn’t take much to make beautiful projects,do you agree?

I hope you liked my project. This will be the last post on the blog from the team so i would like to wish you all a “Merry christmas” and “Happy new year” on behalf of Kaisercraft family.

Thank you for stopping by.

Beautiful memories Layout and process video with Anita Bownds

April 3, 2017
Hi there,
Anita here sharing with you today a layout and process video
With this layout I was inspired by a Alice in wonderland quote I found on Pinterest
I wanted to include the quote on my page but I didn’t want it to be the focal point

Just faint in the background of the layout to add texture

I started by choosing 2 patterned papers from the collection that would would help my

Quote I chose blend in my background of my layout.

I thought the wood grain P2278 Biscuit with the grey and white polka dot P2281 Afternoon Tea would go perfectly together

If you would like to try this idea I’ve included the cut file png that I made to use on my page

Here is my process video I hope you enjoy it ..

After adhering the 2 bits of 12×12 patterned papers together
I wanted to add colour to the top and bottom to have that even colour throughout the layout so I added to stripes of p2279 tea leaves at the top and bottom
I also wanted to cluster the die cut embellishments beside the photo
I also added a few die cuts and sticker to the top to add extra dimension
And to give the silhouette cut Quote a little extra pop I used a lead pencil and just traced around the words

And I couldn’t go past adding some fussy cut flowers around my photo

And I done the same at the bottom with a added extra wood bit from the tea party flourish pack

And to finish it off I added a few flicks of black mist

Kaisercraft products: P2277 Devonshire |P2278 Biscuit |P2281 Afternoon tea
P2279 tea leaves |Pp1017 paper pad |SS336 sticker sheet |CT879 collectables
GL598 tea party flourish pack | KM101 charcoal

Other :silhouette cameo

Thanks for stopping by the blog today
Happy scrapping xx
