Welcome to a whole lot of sweetness brought to you by the fabulous Hilde, Lori and Vicki.  This post shares some beyond the page projects created with what we think is the most sweetest collection in the whole world – “Sweet Nothings”.

“50″ Bird Cage by Vicki Morris

Vicki says:
“When I first saw this range I was taken by the soft tones and florals.  Digging deeper into the range I found the soft blues and metallic gold tones which I have used for this project.  I have painted the bird cage and embossed it with gold”.

“I have taken the “Sweet Nothings” paper pad and made some floral embellishments and have teamed these with pearl flourishes, paper blooms and resin flowers”.

“The finished product – a little birdcage for my parents 50th wedding anniversary which is coming up very soon!”

” Sweet Nothings is truly a collection that I have found so easy to work with.  There is a little something for everyone hidden in the range that is sure to come out once you start creating.
I spray painted my base Writing Desk and let it set for several days to cure…then it was easy peasy from there.”

“The papers from Sweet Nothings are truly beautiful on their own but I also loved embellishing this piece.  Honestly it would have been beautiful with just the designer paper…but then again a few blooms are always good!”

“The interior is just paper…so you’ll have to agree, it’s really stunning either way.”
