Let’s have a closer look at Monika’s layout:
I customized the sketch a bit to make it work for my size (A4), but I tried to keep the bigger elements as they were. I´m not a sketch person so this is often what happens when I use one – the layout turns out quite a bit different from intended.
I used the same method to make the title as Karen described here a while back, I colored the chipboard letters with two different shades of blue ink and painted them with dimensional magic. As they were drying I thought I´d try to sprinkle a little bit of glitter on them here an there to get a water drop effect.
