“Happy Birthday Card” by Michelle Frisby

Extras : punches, seam binding, ink, peg, calendar from Crafty Secrets, embroidery thread, tags, baubles

Michelle says
“Now I think that you may have already guessed that I like being creative with circles and I do, so I decided to create a circle card with the Bonjour collection. I’ve cut out circles, I’ve cut strips, which I have punched, pleated, inked and adhered between the layers of circles.  Now think back to the punching of the strips, quite often you are left with a thin strip of paper when you pull away the edge from the punched edge, does that make sense?  Well in this case, the very fine strip that is left over, I have curled and used to add a little bit of dimension to my blooms and leaves, see the wee paper curls nestled in amongst the flowers and leaves.Throw in a little hand sewing, a little bling, a printed off calendar month attached with a peg and a few baubles and you are done.
Happy creating everyone!”

“Love You” card by Vicki Morris

Vicki says “The Bonjour collection just oozes romance so I have made this little “love you” card.  The papers I have used are from the paper pads which if you haven’t found them already are just fantastic.  You get a double up of each paper which was perfect for this card as I have repeated the pattern on the inside of the card as well”.
