November 29, 2012

Thursday greetings everyone!

Lori, Michelle and Trudi are winding up this month’s 365 Days ‘calendar’ showcase with October, November and December installments for you.

“October” by Lori Williams

Lori says “I used some of Kaisercraft’s newest templates/stencils on this layout, and let me tell you…they are so much fun to use.  I inked and stamped with them, I misted them and then I distress inked around them to make a great background paper. I love, love, love them.  Be sure to check them out! “

Michelle says “I’ve had a ball putting this double layout together using the 365 Days Collection. I’ve used a mask and texture paste on my background and some of the paper layers. I’ve then punched edges, scrunched music paper and used a wet paint brush to water the edges of some of the layers and twiddled with my fingers. I’ve used numerous foam adhesive dots to give height and depth to my layering and then I’ve embellished with flowers, scrolls, and tags. The papers in this collection, well it goes without saying really, they are ideal to whip up a calendar to remember those special days. The days that you really shouldn’t forget … but they also make wonderful pages for double page layouts as well.”
