Framed in Blae and Ivy
Hi everyone, it’s Michelle here and the girls have let me loose on the blog … crikey … I’m all on my lonesome showing you a frame I put together featuring the beautiful range we all now know as Blae and Ivy.

“Trekessa” – framed by Michelle Frisby
Materials used : SB2111 BTP photo display frame and using the Blae and Ivy collection – P699 Valley, KC002 antique white paint, KC025 sage paint, CS781 stamps, RB924 rub ons, Paper blooms : sage, iceberg and olive
Extras : feathers, leaves, wire, transparency, butterfly punch
So … what have I done … I’ve mixed some antique white paint together with sage paint and painted my frame pieces prior to gluing the frame together. I found some photos of my gorgeous niece, Trekessa to feature in this frame.
I’ve used stazon ink stamping the leaves on to a transparency, cut them out and adhered them to the frame – you can see them poking out from underneath my embellishment cluster. Now I have to admit that my hot glue gun has had a workout gluing feathers, blooms, leaves and a few coils of wire together. I’ve used a rub on in the bottom segment of the frame and then punched a couple of butterflies and added them to my frame.
I’m sure that my sister will be absolutely rapt when she receives this frame in the mail.
That’s it from me … happy creating.

Hey Michelle, I thought I recognised the girl in your frame – I’ve met your lovely sister and had seen pictures of her daughter (your niece)! Small world huh? Love your frame too – I’m working on one at the moment.
