“Tiny Woods collection is so adorable! It is impossible not to fall in love with all these cute little animals! When I saw this collection, I was very excited. It gave me opportunity to scrap a couple of the photographs we took during our family outings to a near-by forest. As you can see, we have a lot of wild boys here in Africa :-)
I changed the sketch a little. I moved the photograph to the left side and opted for less circles in the bottom part of my layout. “
“Why Etsy” Layout By Pearl Lui
Materials Used: Kaisercraft These Days Collectables and Collection
Other: Sewing machine, tissue paper
“These Days is such a beautiful, soft, and romantic collection. I especially love how versatile the Collectables die-cuts are. I created a layout about why I love Etsy and used collateral I’ve collected and combined with the These Days Collectables die-cuts and tissue paper hearts to re-create the sketch. I really enjoy sketches because I love a good challenge. Given that my style is a little more minimalistic, I dialed down the embellishments to still match the sketch but stay true to my design style. I hope you’ll enjoy playing with this sketch too regardless of your design style!”
