“I’ve had so much fun working with the New 13th Hour Collection! I think what I have enjoyed most is the colour palette. It is so different from the normal colours I usually work with, and a fantastic Collection for Halloween Cards, Layouts and BTP items! I don’t know about your part of the world, but here in Australia we don’t really celebrate Halloween, so I was thrilled to have a little play.”
