Cockadoodledoo: Collectables

Welcome to another Sunday of Kaisercraft Creativity! Today Svetlana and Vicki are here to share some of our little farmyard friends using the fabulous Cockadoodledoo range.

“Cockadoodledo Card”  by Vicki Morris

Vicki says:
“This is such a cute range that I couldn’t help make a little interactive card.  I have used a gate fold card and have secured it by overlapping the chipboard animals – that way the card can stay shut when you want it to!

Opening the card up you will find that in the inside there is a little barn door and little window which can be opened to reveal some more animals – with the cloud all ready to be used for your sentimates.”

Materials list:
Kaisercraft – Cockadoodledoo – Meow!, Kaisercraft – Cockadoodledoo – Die cut Collectables, Kaisercraft – Pearl Strips – Chocolate, Kaisercraft – Cockadoodledoo – Printed Layered Chipboard, Kaisercraft – Tiny Alpha Stickers – Wheatgrass, White Pen, Misc eyelets.

“Look Who is Turning 2″ Card by Svetlana Austin

Materials used:
Cockadoodledoo Collection: Paper- P758 /Quack!; PP857/Paper Pad;
CT702/Collectables; CB109/Alpha #3 Chipboard; RB890/Rub ons – Party; RB838/Rub ons – Happy Birthday.

Other: buttons, felt butterfly, wax line, ink, black pen.

Svetlana says:

“It is no doubt that the Cockadoodledoo collection was specially designed for kids. I made a simple but very bright and cheerful birthday card for someone turning 2 (it can be any other number, I just particularly liked 2 on that spot :-) .

Instead of making the usual folded card I decided to do something a little bit different. I made a pocket at the back of the card. I inserted a tag for some birthday wishes in the pocket. One can also put behind the tag a gift card or money. It makes the card not only cute but a little practical as well.”

“We showed you just a couple of simple examples of what one can do with Cockadoodledoo collection and a set of collectables, the possibilities are endless. We are sure to see many amazing projects by you in the future. Enjoy your crafting and have a wonderful week!”
