Today Julia is here to show the new baby-layout using “High Tea” collection from Kaisercraft. I like the idea to use non-baby collection to create layout about the little girl. This paper designs are perfect for beaytiful girlish layouts. I think I could create the mini-album using this collection. The flowers are just gorgeous!

Hi everyone, Sonia here with the gorgeous new collection for April – High Tea. This collection will make anyone who loves shabby chic very happy indeed! It is a collection that has a beautiful white-washed colour palette with stunning floral images. The colours and softness of the images make it so easy to use for many occasions. I loved the floral images and the soft pinks / reds and immediately wanted to use some baby pictures of my daughter with a floral crown on her head.
‘Cherish the little things’
Kaisercraft products used: P2277 ‘Devonshire’ | P2278 ‘Biscuit’ | P2284 ‘Cup & Saucer’ | CT879 High Tea Collectables | SS336 High Tea Sticker Sheet | CD651 Kraft Cardstock | CB153 Corrugated Cardstock | KM111 White Kaiser Mist | F633 Olive Paper Blooms | F641 Dusty Pink Paper Blooms | F650 Olive Mini Blooms | ST928 Clear Stickers Life | SB700 Silver Rhinestones | DD518 Nesting Tags Decorative Die | LDB1059 Natural Twine |
Other: Crystal Sparklet, Grommet for tag and White Gesso
I choose the gorgeous ‘Cup & Saucer’ (P2284) as my main background as it already has the most stunning, distressed look to it. I wanted to add a little more texture so I tore vertically down the paper between the white and green distressed parts and added in a strip of the Corrugated Cardstock (CB153)
To add extra dimension I also added in the stunning floral strip from the High Tea Sticker Sheet (SS336). The floral image can be used as one whole piece as I have here, or you can trim it to suit your page. By layering in these different textures you have a page that you just want to touch!
With this gorgeous paper I just had to use some of the Paper Blooms! The Olive and Dusty Pink Paper Blooms picked up the colour palette of High Tea perfectly! I fussy cut some of the Floral images from the ‘Devonshire’ paper (P2277) and mixed these in with the Paper Blooms
One of my favourite Dies is the Nesting Tag Die (DD518). For this layout I cut out a tag using the Die and the ‘Biscuit’ paper (P2278) and added a grommet and some Natural Twine (LDB1059)
One of my other favourite Kaisercraft products are the Clear Stickers. These are so versatile and if you love mixed media then you’ll be happy to know that they can be stuck over the top of all sorts of layers of mediums!!! Here I have used a quote from the ‘Life’ pack (ST928). These stickers can be trimmed to fit or mixed and matched to suit your project
I hope you love the High Tea collection as much as I do – it makes my shabby chic heart so happy to play with these fabulous papers and matching embellishments!

There is nothing like a bouquet of flowers to brighten ones day.
I am delighted to show you how I created a beautiful boxed bouquet that will last and last.
It is fun to make and so special to give.
The video will take you through the process, step by step, and has lots of tips and tricks along the way.
I really hope you enjoy it and have time to make one yourself and gift it to someone who needs a bit of sunshine!
I am using the beautiful ‘High Tea Collection’ released this month.
The beautifully illustrated roses look stunning set against the soft whitewash colour palette and are perfect for my ‘Bouquet’. The sentiments are based around friendship which is exactly what I needed to make this special gift for a friend needing some sunshine and beauty in a time of great sadness.
