”Happy Mother’s Day Frames” by: Debbie Marcinkiewicz
Debbie says: “I found an old set of frames in my stash that I received a while back as an incentive from the company I worked for at the time. I removed the company sentiments and had so much fun filling up the little frame windows with bits and bobs of treasures from the Charlotte’s Dream collection. I designed this to coordinate with the Mother’s Day card I shared on Wednesday and will give this to my mother-in-law next month … I think she’ll simply adore it!!”
“I love the way this old, tattered frame coordinates so well with the time-worn and vintage-inspired papers and embellishments in the Charlotte’s Dream collection!”

BTP Fine and Sunny…
Fine and Sunny, yes it definitely is that. This is a collection that brightens your day and makes you smile when you are being creative.
Have a look to see how Ann-Katrin and Michelle have used this collection.
Mini back pack by Michelle Frisby
Materials used : PP867 paper pad, Kaisercard coconut, CT712 Fine and Sunny collectables, EM975 Fine and Sunny ribbon
Extras : brads, ink, circle punch
Michelle says “I’ve been surfing the net, hopping here and there, and came across the most gorgeous wee mini back pack instructions which can be found here: http://www.scrapbook-crazy.com/mini-backpack-album.html . Deena Peerault shared this, and I thought to myself, that looks absolutely awesome, what a totally fabulous idea.
My mini back pack was made using the new KaiserCard and the Fine and Sunny collection. I used the 6.5” paper pad and a selection of collectables and die cuts. I also added lots of ink and some gorgeous photos of one of my work colleague’s little girls and him and his wife.”
“Inside my back pack I have space for nine pages and I have used a mixture of photos and die cuts. I’m sharing with you a selection of some of the pages:”

“I’ve made wee blank journal tags and popped them into the front pockets of the back pack. On one of the tags it says ‘return to’. It wouldn’t be a back pack if it didn’t have ‘return to’ details on it!”
“Instead of using magnets as closure seals I have used Velcro handy dots.
I will be gifting this wee back pack to Andrew- my work colleague and it might just find its way to his Mum for Mother’s Day, well that was my intention.
Happy creating everyone.”

“I’ve covered a Kaisercraft wooden tissue box in modge podge and have used two of the beautiful 12×12 papers from the Charlotte’s Dream collection. I’ve lightly sanded then gently inked the edges. I’ve covered the top with a Kaisercraft paper, added a little muslin fabric and then on top of that I have scrunched up some old sheets of music paper. Using my hot glue gun I’ve added a few Kaisercraft paper blooms and a little gesso and white paint with my finger tips. I’ve also put a strip of pearls all the way around the edge on the top of the tissue box.
This is one of those projects that actually looks better in real life than photographed to be honest. Happy creating everyone”.
