Attack of the Kaiser bots
Our fantastic Design Team has created these projects to show you how fantastic those cute little Kaiserbots can be!! Featuring: K-bots paper and Connector kids BTP.
Lisa Hallett challenged herself to only use two of the K-bots papers for this layout. One for layering (Switch) , and another for embellishments (Surge).
Check out Jane’s awesome boys layout – grey, robots and cogs make this layout really pop!
Jane Jones – Best of Mates k-bots layout
Jaimee Voight created this unusual game box and game for her daughters. “The girls love to play ‘party type’ games when its rainy…egg and spoon races and that sort of thing. One of the games we play is hide and seek.. we hide a pile of stuff (usually my teaspoons) and run around looking for them. When I saw these Connector kids, I knew they would be perfect to play this game with and as the KBots paper reminded me of vintage style toys it seemed a good choice to use.”
So here’s Jaimee’s Hide and Seek Game – she didn’t bother to embellish the ‘kids’ as they get rough handled and had to be ‘kid safe’. She coated each ‘kid’ with two coats of mod podge and threaded a little string through the holes so you can hang them on door knobs etc. All the ‘kids’ store easily in her daughter toy cupboard in a box she embellished with the k-bots paper.
We love how Jaimee has also covered a chocolate bar with the papers and embellished with paper cogs and rhinestones – a quick and easy present idea!
What about a clock for your boys room? Carolyn Kaiser has decorated this Time Flies clock for her sons using the K-bots paper and droplets – looks great ey?
And lastly, a quick card from Jane Jones featuring ripped paper, cogs, robots and a covered chipboard number – easy peasy!
