A Fresh Start!

August 17, 2015

Welcome to my post Kaisercrafters!

It’s Collette and I am thrilled you have dropped by.

I have had a crazy month, I mean really crazy! You know, that conveyor belt that keeps on rolling, well mine was on full speed and I just had to press the red button and get off! I mean, I could not see my crafting desk, I spent more time looking for things than actually creating, and deadlines got ‘hotter!’.

Don’t believe me…..look!!!!

Chaos!!

Chaos!

It was three days before I could ‘play’. I have to say I re-discovered, got inspired and got ORGANISED! A new diary, a desktop bin and my Kaisercraft ‘Tidy Tray’ are my favourites. Everything is cozy in its new home and I can find what I need quickly! It has been a few weeks since my ‘big clean’ and yes….I can still find my scissors!

Beautiful!

Beautiful!

Just get 'Happy vibes' when I craft now!! Did you spot the Kaisercraft Tidy tray that I decorated in blue bay?

I Just get ‘happy vibes’ when I craft now!! Did you spot the Kaisercraft Tidy tray (W272) with it’s matching pencil holders (W315) that I decorated in the blue bay collection?

I was itching to start creating with this months new collections, they are all so beautiful.

Sitting down at my craft table, I  feel that I have definatley had a ‘FRESH START’, so many happy vibes!

So this is what I have created for you, I have even found time to do a video….hope you get inspired!

All That Glitters Collection.

Two contrasting colours that just shout out….”look at me”. Yellow and black certainly create a bang!

Collette, this collection is amazing, your creations of each project is done to perfection. It is pleasing to see that you also create a mess at the same time as we all do, what a lovely craft room you also have to work in. We in Hervey Bay so lucky to have you to instruct us through these lovely projects, layouts and cards during classes. Well done!

Thanks for taking time to comment Sharon. Yes I WAS a messy crafter but I am trying hard to work tidy; the problem is when I finish a project, I just want to push the mess aside and start my next one lol!

Amazing stuff created by simple things, would like to include them in my collection. For at least I would go for the Decorative Die Cogs & Clocks. Interesting stuff.

Love it all, especially the tri shutter card. I envy your craft room, my craft room is part of the living room and its a mess all the time.

Funnily enough though I still can find things in amongst my mess. Its an organised mess. ha ha.

    • Reply Collette Mitrega August 18, 2015 at 11:00 pm

Organised mess is good lol, I would be happy with that! I am still in the organise with no mess stage, (not sure how long it will last though)! I am an older chick with kids that have flown the nest, so I deserve my own space! Thanks for taking time to comment Debbie, I see your name often, the DT love to hear from viewers and we appreciate the comments you often leave us. xx
