3 Tips for Using Templates

Today the Design Team have collated 3 helpful Tips for using Templates in your crafting…

Tip #1 – Using Inks

‘Barefoot Welcome’ ~ by Renee Aslette

Firstly, using Inks through your template is a great way to create a small, controlled pattern.  In this layout, Renee has inked her Template to create a background for her clusters of embellishments.

Tip #2 – Using Mists

Secondly, using Mists through your template can create a real “watery” effect.  Alicia has used the Template to decorate the background page in her layout and it looks similar to the ripples in the water at the pool or at the beach.  In comparison to using inks, you have less control over the end result when using Mists.
