Other products: Paint, Ink, Thickers, Journal.

Gift boxes [pizza boxes] by Michelle Frisby

Just for him …

Just for her :

Materials list : PP859 paper pad, MZ501 black and white mini alphas, CT704 collectables – die cuts, F627 paper blooms coconut

Extras: cardstock, raffia, tulle, feather, pearls, toothpick, circle punch

Michelle says:

“These are little gift boxes, well they are not quite so little – finished size is about 10 cm x cm x 2.5 cm.  I have a slip on sleeve around the box to hold it closed.  The embellishment cluster is all on the sleeve itself.

I’ve made two boxes, a his and hers shall we say.  Inside the female box I have made a card as well and will pop in a voucher or some money as a gift.

The wee card is made out of Kraft cardstock and when opened [the left hand side of the card lifts open], the wee insert can be pulled out.  I’ve used a leaf punch and punched out a few leaves and popped them under the paper bloom to make another layer of petals”.

Tin Boxes and Pencil Holders by Svetlana Austin

Materials used: On the Move Collection – Accelerate/P772, Propel/P773; Paper Pad/PP859; Sticker Sheet/SS122; Collectables/CT704; Foam Tape/T303.

Other: tin boxes, tin cans, brads, buttons, sprocket gears, ribbon, ink, pen.

Svetlana says:

“Very soon there will be not 1 but 2 school-boys in our house. I decided to bring a little bit more order on my son’s writing desk. And what can be better for boys than cars and air plains?

The set of inexpensive tin boxes I bought in a department store. The tin cans are a little bit of recycling :-)

It is very simple altering projects but they look very bright and attractive :-)

Thank you for joining us this week! Have fun time creating!

Crop for a Cause Workshop

Hello fellow Kaisercrafties! Welcome to the blog today! Instead of our regular Creative Card, we wanted to show you something a little different!!

Recently, Melissa Kennedy organised a Crop for a Cause Workshop where a Christmas Charity Scrap Off was held!
A number of people purchased the kit and proceeds went to the cause.

The Crop was a huge success, but there were seven ladies up for a bigger challenge of scrapping a layout within 1 hour!!

These are the layouts they came up with using our gorgeous Merry Medley Christmas range:

“2009″ Layout By Maryleen Venema

“Cousins” Layout By Debbie Johnston

“Merry Christmas” Layout By Maree Brew

“Snowflakes” Layout By Fiona Hines

“Angel or Devil” Layout By Shelley Gioffre

“Christmas Baby” Layout By Beck Beattie

“Christmas Wishes” Layout By Sharon Taylor

It was a competition, and after much deliberation the judges placed the following:

1st – “Christmas Baby” Layout By Beck Beattie

2nd - “Angel or Devil” Layout By Shelley Gioffre

3rd - “Cousins” Layout By Debbie Johnston

Well done ladies…your prizes will be posted to you soon!

Other: Black card stock, ribbon, ink.

Toni says:
“I’m the first to admit, I’m not much of a card maker. I struggle making them, but I’ve found that using the Kaisercraft ranges helps to make the job a lot easier, especially using the paper pads. There’s a great range of different papers, tags, and quotes that make cardmaking a breeze.”

“Birthday Card” by Svetlana Austin

Materials used: On the Move Collection – Accelerate/P772; Paper Pad/PP859; Sticker Sheet/SS122; Collectables/CT704; Rub ons/RB953; Rub ons – Happy Birthday/RB838; Mini Alpha stickers – Cherry Red/MA508; Foam Tape/T303; Double Sided tape/T315; Clear Stamps – Bubble Wrap/CS753.

Other: card-stock, brads, ink, craft paint, white and black pens.

Svetlana says:
“I have a lot of dear to me men in my life: my husband, my 2 sons and my brother. So I am always in need of a card for one of them :-)

I decided to make a birthday card for my still very young brother. Recently he bought himself a first real car so I played this theme on my gift for him. The stamping with babble wrap stamp and black paint is there to remind him that with the pleasure of having a set of wheels he must be ready to make his hand dirty sometimes :-)

“Happy Birthday” Card by Ann-Katrin Toresen

Materials used: Kaisercraft On the move line paper Take of P774, Paper pad PP859, Sticker Sheet SS122 and Collectables CT704.

Ann-Katrin says:
” The On the Move is so perfect for boys and I have tried to use the airplaine theme on this card, for a boy who loves airplaines. The cute banner hanging out behind the plane brings it all together”.

Thanks for looking!
