Every princess needs a castle

Hi there

It is Vicki here to share with you something truly gorgeous.

I have two girls in the house and as soon as they saw Kaisercraft’s Fairy Jewellery Draws they were in love!

Add a little magic with the “Magic Happens” collection of papers and you have the perfect fairy castle for the perfect princess.

The cuttlebug worked a treat to emboss the draws – and Kaisercraft’s gorgeous paper flowers were just made to finish off the magic.

My creative note book

I don´t use a diary in a book form.  All my meetings, birthdays and addresses are in my phone and in the computer, and has been for almost ten years now. But I have realized that the older I get the more I need to write down things in order not to forget, especially at work but also at home. I blame my forgetfulness on a hectic and creative lifestyle rather than age though.

I have swiched the inside of this cute wooden diary to blank papers and now it sits on my desk at home. I use it to make notes of the ideas that pop into my head when I visit blogs, and to draw sketches, and other scrappy ideas. It´s so much more useful and looks so much better than my previous system - pieces of left over papers everywhere.

A mini of memories

When my son finished kindergarten last year I was given some photos that had been taken during his year there.  I was a little unsure what to do with them, until now that is.

The Class of 87 collection worked perfectly.  There was a paper that worked with every single photo.  Mind you it helped that most of them were taken in the sandpit LOL.

(The dymo strip along the bottom has the name of my sons kindy on it, which is why it’s been distorted).

I kept the inside pages of the album relatively simple with a photo on one side and journalling on the other.  (I don’t have his best mates parents permission to use his photo here which is why it has been covered).

Mini albums are a great way to record a special event and with such a great variety to choose from there is sure to be a Kaisercraft collection to suit.
