Getting back to school with the Class of 87
Hi there – it is Vicki here to share with you my tip for getting organised and back to school with Kaisercraft’s new collection “Class of 87′.
With three children at school this year, I know it is going to be a task in itself to get them to school on time – but then to remember all the school events and who has sports, swimming and choir etc each and everyday is a mission.
So to help me out, I found an old clipboard, and altered this using the Class of 87 Collection – so bright and funky there is no chance of misplacing this!

I then altered some dividers so I have a place to put the calender and a section for all the notices and invitations each of the kids receive.

Add some ribbon and a printed chipboard ribbon – and I should be more organised this year (fingers crossed!)

Share a little Magic – Magic Happens cards
It is Vicki here to share a little Magic with the “Magic Happens” collection from Kaisercraft.
The colours of this range and just gorgeous and are so versatile. The colours lend themselves beautifully to create a formal birthday card.

However with fairies galore in the collection, and two little girls in the house, they were perfect for using in those little girl birthday cards.

They were made even more girly by the addition of some bling and flowers

Today we’re looking at a couple of older collections, Devonshire and Up,Up & Away.

Cards of 87
Hi there. It is Monika and Vicki here to share with you some cards using the versatile “Class of 87″ collection from Kaisercraft.
Monika says: My brother is a teacher and he had his birthday a couple days back. This was the perfect collection to make a card for him with. I used the Kindergarten diploma to tease him a bit, instead of writing “congratulations” on the card. He is turning 36 and that is why I used the “three” and “six” banners.

Vicki says “I like to give the children something special when they achieve and do well – so with this range I thought what a great time to get prepared for their next school reports – fingers crossed they will get used!

I just love the little characters on the “assembly” paper from the Class of 87 collection – perfect for him and her.

While making these I made sure I had one for the teacher as well”!
