Funky Wreath in two ways
Hi, it´s Monika here.
I fell in love with the Funky Wreath that came in my dt parcel this month and couldn’t stop playing with it. I thought I would show you how to take this project from “wow!!!” to “WOAH!!” and give it a little something extra to make it even more personal.
Here is how my wreath looked like when I was finished with it for the first time. I love the clean look, the cute little birds and the welcoming feel it gave my front door. But, I kind of couldn’t leave it at this. I´m a flower person, my projects needs flowers…
So I used one of the flower branches I got from the florist a while back. I bought it to use on a project, at the time I didn’t know which one, now it was suddenly obvious. These flowers belongs on my Funky wreath!

Let’s Go Beyond The Page!
Christy here joining you today to share a mini album I put together using the Lush collection and long ticket album from Kaisercraft’s long list of Beyond The Page items. My husband and I honeymooned several years ago in Hawaii and the papers in this collection remind me so much of our trip. The tropical feel brings back so many memories, oh how I wish we could go back. When I make a mini album such as this I like to sand off the edges of my paper to give it a clean look. This wood album allows for that process to work wonderfully giving a nice crisp edge to the covered pages.
Kaiser’s paints are an excellent way to spice up your wood flourishes. In addition to painting my wood vines I also added a bit of ink to the edges to give it a finished look.
Product List: Long Ticket AlbumSB2060, Patterned Papers- Lush, Lush Rub-ons RB867 & RB868, Lush Paperclip Embellishments EM919, Lush Diecuts DC321, Lush Chipboard CB110, Wood Flourishes Vines FL303, Kaisercraft Paint Sage KC025, Pearls Chocolate SB792 & Latte SB715, Mini Alpha Stickers MA501.

Cards inspiration
Today we, Christy, Lesley and Monika, are hoping to inspire you with some cards!
Monika: The paper pad from the Up, up and away collection is perfect for those male cards that I find so difficult to create. I´m actually not a card maker, but the paper pads are perfect for cards! I´ve used my sewing machine on this card, which I think adds an extra touch.
Materials used:
Paper pad Up up and Away PP826, Clear Stamps CS747, Clear stamp letters CS724, Grosgrain ribbon R1601, Printed Chipboard CB111, Card and envelope Taupe EF003
Monika: I have used the Lush paper pad for this really simple and quick card. This is the kind of card that will work for every occasion and it´s so perfect to have a few of these al finished just in case. I have also used the new Script clear stamp on the back ground. I only wish I could read what is says, I bet it´s a love letter
Products used:
Card and envelope White EF001, Clear stamps: Script CS752, Paper pad PP825, Grosgrain ribbon R1601, Rhinestone strips RS456
Christy: The colors of the Up Up and Away collection are wonderfully welcoming and soft, perfect for just about any project. One of my favorite things to add to a card or layout is a little extra dimension with a diecut or punched border. The diecuts included in the 6 x 6 paper pad are just right for the card I am sharing today.
Product List: Up Up And Away 6 x 6 Paper Pad PP826, Up Up And Away Rub-ons RB869, Up Up And Away Chipboard Buttons CB111, Grossgrain Ribbon R1612, Envelopes EF002.
Lesley: I used the Up, up and Away collection to create this card with a scene when you open it up. I love those hot air ballons and wanted to make it look like they were floating in air. I used the diecut edges for hills and used stamps to create foilage. I also used the foam tape to add dimension to the card. I had so much fun making this card.
“Card” – Lesley Cooper: Up, Up and Away Patterned Paper (P538,P539, P540), 6×6 PAd (PP826), Rub Ons Colour (RB870),Jornal Tags (JT602), Rub Ons Black and White (RB869), Printed Chipboard (CB111), Diecut elements (DC322), Foam Tape (T303), Ink Forrest (IP718), Clear Stamps Hey Birdie (CS742), Clear Stamps Lush (CS746)

Up, up and away
Hi there, it is Christy, Lesley and Monika with Up, up and Away!
Monika: My daughter loves to climb! I don´t know how many photos I have of her on her way up. Up, up and away seemed the perfect choice for these photos. They even have the right title.
I love to use my sewing machine on my layouts. Here I have stitched around the layout and cut between the stitches with a craft knife. An other passion of mine, as you might noticed, is to cut the patterns from the papers. Here I used the pattern from the Clowns specialty paper and from the Moon ride paper.
Materials used: Papers: Moon ride P538, Ferris Wheel P541, Sideshow P542, Rollercoaster P543, Bumpercar P539, Clowns Specialty paper PS108, Printed Chipboard CB111, Alpha stickers A222, Mini Alpha MA503, Rhinestones Split pea RS407, Wooden Leaves FL301, Grosgrain ribbon R1607, Paper flowers Chocolate F622
Christy: My little boy has these big brown chocolate eyes that just own this steadfast heart of mine. Everytime he flashes me that “feel sorry for me” look those eyes just melt my heart. I’m sure when he’s 16 and late for his curfew these eyes won’t have the same affect on me, but for now I’ll just enjoy his innocence, and those chocolate eyes.

Product List: Up Up And Away Patterned Paper P540, Up Up And Away Rub-ons RB870, Up Up And Away Chipboard CB111, Up Up And Away Diecuts DC322, Printed Envelopes EM920, Alpha Stickers A225, MA503 & MA504, Wood Flourish Keys FL306.
Lesley: I totally fell in love with this range too! The vintage look, the beautiful soft muted colours and the awesome graphics. The graphics made me think about getting away from it all and realising that while at the moment that is not possible, I can still have a long black and dream!
“Time for a Break” – Lesley Cooper: Up up and Away Speciality PAper (PS107), 6×6 Pad (PP826), Printed Chipboard (CB111), Diecut Elements (DC322), Rub Ons Colour (RB870), Mini Alpha Stickers Black and White (MA501), Alpha Stickers Brown (AS225)
